A surgeon has successfully removed an anal flap from a woman’s vagina, after a woman in her 20s said she was unable to orgasm.
The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, told the KOSU affiliate that she was sexually assaulted in her apartment by two men.
The surgery took about 15 minutes, and the woman is expected to be released from the hospital Monday.
The incident happened at a Korean plastic surgery center in Seoul, according to a report in the Yonhap news agency.
The procedure is considered a rare procedure for women because it requires two men to perform the procedure, and most women don’t want the operation.
Korean women generally prefer anal surgery for women with small vaginas, as they usually can’t reach orgasm through the vagina.
Koreans often use other surgical procedures, including sutures, that can reduce the amount of space between the anus and vagina, Yonhap said.
The two men who performed the surgery are believed to have left the woman unconscious after performing the operation, according the report.
The women are recovering from the surgery, Yonpa reported.
